Punct pozitiv :
"I chose the buffet instead of ordering à la carte. There was a wide variety of dishes and the french toast was delicious; only the red sauce for chilaquiles was a bit spicy."
Punct negativ :
"Everything was fine, staff as friendly as usual."

Punct pozitiv :
"Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, but what I most appreciated was how efficient and kind the staff were. I had a noise complaint in the wee hours of the morning, and was quickly transferred to a new room."
Punct negativ :
"Room service wasn't available, which was a problem. Location also isn't amazing, but then again Toluca is a pretty horrible city so whatever neighborhood, this would be the same."

Punct pozitiv :

Punct pozitiv :
"The parking was fine and the room was OK despite being a bit jaded. It's a big place and needs more guests! Plenty of hot water. The room did get relatively hot due to the large window and it's exposure. The hotel has a large restaurant/cafe which seems to be permanently closed which is a shame as it means a walk for breakfast. The centre of town is only 15minutes walk and is well worth visiting. The hotel has good parking, potentially good facilities and plumbing that works. It just needs the investment to make it tops."
Punct negativ :
"Shame no breakfast"

Punct pozitiv :
"Breakfast is very good and the location is excellent"
Punct negativ :
"The bathroom had no ventilation, we were four people in a room and only had two towels, and nothing else to spare."
