Parcare foarte scumpa, impreuna cu taxa de oras am platit 32€

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

Hotelul este destul de vechi și ar fi necesare lucrări de reabilitare și modernizare în raport cu standardele din ziua de astăzi

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

Beds had small split pillows instead of one big pillow.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

"Eleganta hotelului, mancarea diversificata si f buna cu multe sucuri naturale si nu numai, curatenia exemplara dar mai ales orientarea catre client.Am simtit intr-adevar calitatea serviciilor exceptionale ale unui hotel de 5 stele. Facilitatile f bune, am folosit sala, sauna si piscina interioara. Personalul mereu dornic sa te ajute,sa se asigure ca te simti minunat."

Dimineata la micul dejun tindea sa fie putin aglomerat insa personalul te lua imediat cum se elibera o masa, deci timpii de asteptare erau destul de mici. Idem la piscina care desi nu e atat de mare pentru un hotel de 5 stele, e f cocheta si compenseaza cu frumusetea arhitecturii.

"I have enjoyed staying at The Diplomat for decades. This is hotel life as it should be, which is probably why I keep going back. I enjoy a quiet meal with my family by the pool and do like to indulge in delicious food from all over the world. The staff are always friendly and extremely polite."

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"Parcare proprie - 20€/zi, mic dejun bun, personal foarte amabil și prietenos. Aproape de centrul orașului și de atracțiile turistice.Ușor de ajuns din orice direcție. P.S. Dacă ajungeți în Anvers la cu autoturismul dvs.înmaticulat pe altă țară, decât Belgia, trebuie să vă înregistrați mașina la LEZ ( Low Emission Zone).Înregistratea este gratuită și este valabilă pentru Anvers și Gent."

"Very comfortable hotel by the beach at a good rate."

Paying was not straight forward, primarily because they play with exchange rates to make a little extra money so that even their staff can get confused.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"totul a fost la superlativ, servicii excelente, aceasta a fost prima calatorie in India, cu siguranta vom reveni, pot sa recomand cu mare incredere. De la servicii, pana la camera si personal. Mancarea a fost foarte buna cu multe variatii, camera foarte curata, patul excelent."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"
