"Hotel cu plaja privata, cu panorama dubla: mare si oras, camere mari cu balcon cu peretele spre balcon din sticla, paturi late si confortabile, cu canere izolate fonic, curate, personal amabil, piscina cu apa de mare, sezlonguri noi saltele confortabile. Revin cu placere la acest hotel, dovada ca am fost clienta hotelului in cinci vacante."

Mi-ar placea ca halatele de baie sa nu fie o marime unica.

Micul dejun a fost destul de sărac, nimic special. Recomand îmbunătățirea lui, mai ales că nu este foarte ieftin.

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

The WiFi does not work!

Mobilier putin cam vechi. Am cerut la receptie un adaptor pentru priza si ni s a dat unul singur. Sistemul de ventilatie in restaurant ar trebui imbunatatit.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

"I have enjoyed staying at The Diplomat for decades. This is hotel life as it should be, which is probably why I keep going back. I enjoy a quiet meal with my family by the pool and do like to indulge in delicious food from all over the world. The staff are always friendly and extremely polite."

Work commitments forced an early departure.

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

Receceptionerul desi amabil nu avea libertatea de a negocia pretul care era mare, mai mare ca pe booking. Patul nu era dublu ca in descriere ci din doua saltele intre care picai noaptea , iar locatia era intr un bazar murdar plin de gunoaie si dimineata la 5 ne au trezit slujba de la i biserica musulmana si strigatele musulmanilor.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."
