"El lugar lo recomiendo porque si se trata de descansar este es lo indicado una vista excepcional de la precordillera y un campo que lo hace olvidar de ruido de la ciudad además cerca del centro de Pucón Por último la atención que recibimos y amabilidad de la sra Marta fue con.o si nos hubiéramos conocido antes. En definitiva el alojamiento cumple con todos los servicios que necesitas para para el relajo."

"Nico was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations on what to do and where to eat around town. Very understanding when we had to cancel our tour at the last minute. The rooms & common areas are kept clean and warm. Midnight was adorable, loves getting pats no matter the time. Good hostel vibe for travellers who want to meet people Great location. It's easy to get to all the bus stops and high street. Good deal for the price."

"The property, has perfect location; cozy installations; friendly staff… Let’s tell about my experience: I flew from London to Temuco; I drove from Temuco to Pucon, I arrived in Pucon about 9:30Pm; the eSIM I had purchased doesn’t work, during my way to get to the hostel; I spent about 50 minutes, due traffic jam in the middle of the town). When I arrived at the hostel at 10:20Pm; the reception was closed and nobody answered several calls I had made ( from a guest cellphone). Just a guest that saw me in front of the gate, approached and tried to help me. To resume, I slipped in the car, because they were unable to answer a call(WhatsApp), after 20 minutes the close time. When they knew the call supposed to be from a customer from London."
