"The resort was perfect for the price, had everything you could need."

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

Somehow the sauna loses steam very fast. Hot-tub was extra and pretty expensive.

"Magical spot in nature with exceptional views and epic sunrise view from bed. The whole property crafted with love and creative artistic features. Loved the whole place, rustic and good quality. "The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "The staff at the facility and the restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The natural surroundings around the bungalows are beautiful, with plenty of water drinking points nearby. The toilets were clean and well-maintained. The Korana River is easily accessible, and the dog was able to roam freely and play around."

There is no option for a large bed for two people to sleep together. A useful addition would be a small lamp in the room along with mosquito nets on the windows and doors.

"1. The location was superb. It was completely quiet and provided panoramic views over the ocean from the terrace. 2. The cottage was sensitively built -compact, but with all we needed. 3. The hostess and owner were friendly and very helpful -it was a pleasure to meet them both. 4. We were on a walking holiday and access to the southern half of the island was good from here. 5. It was extremely hot during our stay. The lovely swimming pool and terrace were much appreciated. 6. Exploring the plants and seeing the birds in the compact but varied garden was a pleasure. 7. This was our best accommodation during our 4 weeks on the island."

We would have appreciated a comfortable chair in the living area. A car is needed to get to the nearest supermarket. It is close by, but walking along the road is too dangerous.

"We chose buellsPort as the first stop on our Namibia round trip and really enjoyed it. We didn’t expect too much but really loved the food. Both nights we got served a multi-course home cooked meal utilising game meat and local vegetables. The private hiking paths are really well maintained and set in a beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed the drive towards sossusvlei from buellsport which is in much better condition than the standard tourist route."

Getting to the location is difficult during winter. Car couldn’t go in so we had to lug through our luggages through the snow. But it was worth it! 😊

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

"Fantastic, staff was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Campsite clean, room of high standards. Bed so very comfortable. Lovely touches with the dog box and welcome tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits! Fantastic stay can’t wait to go back."

Crow scarers in local fields unsettled our dog but that wasn’t the fault of the camp site. This comment is just to let visitors know incase they have a nervous dog.
