"The Hotel Staff went above and beyond for Service and Assistance. Our coach was late arriving in Rouen past Check In Time. They waited until we were there safe and sound. Being Disabled all our Luggage was taken to our Rooms. No there isn't a Lift but in fairness it would not be practical to have one fitted in an Historical Building. The Views from the rooms was amazing overlooking the Courts of Justice ⚖️. Thank You Matthew and the rest of the Staff. A truly amazing experience."

"An excellent town centre hotel with friendly staff. Recent refurbishments with quality bathroom fittings. Great bed and very quiet. A very easy to use EV charger is also available that is reasonably priced. The breakfast was first rate and good value. Will stay here again when next in Niort."

"We booked for one night as a stopover and were disappointed to be told that the restaurant was full due to a coach party that evening. The hotel provided us with room service, not too good. This spoilt our one night stay. In other respects the superior room (Elegance) with small private terrace was good but a little small. Overall an average experience."
