"Das Hotel befindet sich wohl im Niedergang. Zwischen unserer Terrasse und der des Nachbarzimmers fehlte der Sichtschutz = eine kleine Holzpalisade, die man in jedem Baumarkt für wenige Euro kaufen kann. Im Restaurant kaum unbeschädigtes Geschirr. Eine Glasscheibe gesprungen, keine geputzt. Offensichtlich wird nichts mehr investiert..."

"Tout était parfait,- sauf: 1) plus ( pas) de piles dans la télécommande de la climatisation ( nous avons dû prendre celles de la TV ) 2) la serrure côté plage n'avait pas de clé,-et la porte fermait mal ( heureusement qu'il y avait un loquet et on a pu descendre le store ) A part ça, emplacement super !!!"

"La posizione della struttura nel centro storico di Cannes e vicinissima alla spiaggia du Midi , al porto , a circa 13 Min a piedi dalla stazione . L' aria condizionata che ha salvato tutto. . Persone meravigliose con disponibilità al massimo. Alloggio fornito con tutto l'occorrente per passare una vacanza tranquilla."

"Extremely large, comfortable bed and good linen. Plenty of hot water. Effective air conditioning. Very quiet apartment., and well equipped. The location is convenient for using the railway station, within a ten/minute walk. You can't hear the trains from the flat. There's a supermarket within a five minute walk. The beach is about fifteen minutes away on foot."

Badminton , soccer equipment etc readily awailable .Bowl of welcome plums(we´ve visited in august). Plenty of info leaflets inclusive full version of guide book (french version ).Full satisfaction."
