"What a wonderful place to stay in Lalibela. I don't think there is a better place in Lalibela. 1. Lovely host and hostess 2. Great food by the hostess. I came to Ethiopia a meat lover but the vegetarian meals cooked by the hostess got me thinking otherwise. Best food I've had in Ethiopia and possibly ever. I recommend even if you're staying elsewhere to have your dinner there, you won't regret. 3. Away from the noise and hustle and bustle yet walking distance to the churches. 4. Amazing views 5. Great location for solitude walks up the mountain for those sunset views before dinner.. 6. Great Value for money 7. "The location is great, within walking distance to the rock-hewn churches. The room is very spacious; it has a double and a single bed and another single one is in a adjacent room. The restaurant is good, we liked the spaghetti with sauce although it was not warm. The staff were helpful and friendly. They made some phone calls for me as I traveled without a mobile phone."

"The breakfast had a reasonable choice of food. The waiters/cook were always available for any extra questions/need. The airport shuttle from hotel was tailored to my time which was very convenient. I also liked the fact that the lobby had a few TV screens showing sports channels which was not the case in a hotel I stayed in previously. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a street with a number of options for eating out. The street is a bit busy though. The hotel is less than ten minutes from the airport."
