"Great value, excellent location, nice staff. For what you pay its great value."
"There were power issues because of the massive road works going on near by. Once that is finished I can only imagine the power will be more reliable."
"Customer service, location, facilities, cleanliness"
"To be honest nothing, although Ethiopian under development, construction everywhere"
"Very cozy place with great staff, very welcoming. Good vibes and food and services, super recommended"
"The only negative thing is the WiFi that doesn't always work smoothly"
"All staff were very pleasant. Owner was very receptive of feedback & tried his best to ensure a comfortable stay. Rooms have recently been renovated & look exactly like the pics."

"Our stay at Social House was truly wonderful. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, and the interior design is both modern and comfortable. Every corner feels thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the manager personally checked in with guests to make sure everyone was happy. The location is great — close to many shops and places to explore, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a lovely experience with excellent service. We’d definitely consider staying here again."
"Hotel atmosphere"
"Lovely space within a beautiful area a walking distance to restaurants and cafe. They have an outdoor space that you can work from and the internet was good"

"This is a far nicer guesthouse than we were expecting. Even though the rooms are relatively basic, the building and facilities are very nice and we especially enjoyed the large indoor dining area and outdoor courtyard. We were not expecting the free morning breakfast but it was exceptional and we sampled something different from the menu every morning. -- I am aware that other reviews have expressed disappointments with their stay here, however, our experience superb. The staff especially, from the manager and reception and every single server and cleaning staff were all kind and generous. Thank you all."
"No complaints at all."
"It was possible to take a hot shower at all times. Definitely something that‘s not always the case."
"The room never really got direct sunlight, so that it was fairly cold in comparison to the outside temperatures."
