"McElly's is a lovely hotel located in downtown Arusha within walking distance from the Central Bus Terminal. My one night stay there was very relaxing after a long trip. The bed was very comfortable and the fourth floor room nice and spacious. Juliet (I think that was her name), the receptionist, was friendly and efficient at getting me checked in quickly and without a problem. I had my lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and was very pleased with my chicken sandwich and vegetable curry. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at McElly's Hotel and would definitely return again."

"The accommodation offered comfort and friendliness. There was a good selection for dinner and breakfast. We liked having a pool and to enjoy an afternoon drink. Good amenities. The staff were friendly and gave good service with a smile."

"For the one night we stayed, we enjoyed all amenities. Our only misfortune was that we had a room over the kitchen area which presented noise at meal times."

"All of the stuff was so welcoming and lovely, they were super attentive throughout our stay made sure we had a fantastic Room both on our initial stay and when we’ve returned to the property. There’s a lovely pool and the gardens are exquisite. There is a little gym which you are free to use 24 seven and they also offered us a guided bike ride around the local area ."
