Aspect pozitiv:
"Simon was excellent manager, always available and visible, from early mornings till late at night. Very helpful with best road to Ruacana. Petrus the waiter, funny and friendly and just wanted to please! Enjoyed the freshly baked buns every evening. Dinner and breakfast were satisfactory. We really found the staff friendly, eager to please and always ready to give us lots of attention."

"The staff were exceptional. Loved the location, literally 300m walk to a better view of the falls. Dinner and breakfast was included in the price and we can recommend the Oryx fillet which was tasty and tender. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Shower had great pressure and fans in rooms really helped for the 33 degree heat during the night. It would be nice if there was something to allow fresh cool air in while.keeping mosquitos and possible snakes out at windows. I think our room would've been cooler if we could leave windows open. Mosquito nets were great, we were just worried about larger animals entering."
Aspect negativ:
"Nothing not to like. Place was fantastic and we would've like to stay another day. The 178km gravel road to the resort was okay, but not great. But this makes arriving at the resort even more special."
