"When we had came back from dinner the toilet tank was not filling with water. Despite it being late the hotel had maintenance staff available and quickly fixed the issue!"

"LA ALBERCA, LIMPIA, ACOGEDORA, FAMILIAR. NO ESTA MUY CENTRICA PERO RELATIVAMENTE EN TAXI ESTAMOS CERCA. CUENTA CON RESTAURANTE SOLO DESAYUNOS"

"EL WIFI, EN LA HABITACION NO HAY SEÑAL Y POR ENDE PUES NO HAY CANALES EN LA TV O PARA CONECTARSE DESDE NUESTRO CELULAR. "The hotel is basic, the room was of a decent size. All reasonably clean, the beds were ok, very standard basic hotel."

"Visiting Chetumal was a bit of a waste - not much to do or see there."

"Comfortable and clean combined with a pool which we really enjoyed - we were the only ones using it that afternoon. The ready availability of coffee and clean water, plus an ice machine was welcome."
Aspect negativ:
"We chose this as a compromise as a transit location arriving one day from Belize and heading to the airport the next. But the location was actually pretty bad: the only easily accessible restaurants within walking distance were fast food places - might suit some but it wasn't ideal. We had run out of Pesos and had an early start so didn't want to get taxis into the city centre. And we ended up getting taxis from the bus station in the city centre and to the ADO coach station anyway."

"Super friendly staff, the chef/kitchen team did an amazing job by veganising my breakfast. It was delicious. Thank you!"

"I thought it would be in chetumal, but it was right after the boarder in the middle of nowhere, no restaurant, no atm close by and I was almost starving for dinner. Not the hotels fault, more fault of booking.com"
