"Great location - it was very close to the Gondola, which made everything super convenient. The place itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were also useful stores nearby, like Spar and Carrefour, which made it easy to get anything we needed. Overall, the price was really good for what was offered. Everything felt comfortable and very nice."

"The property is well-situated and within close vicinity of the cable car and ski resort. There are shops nearby for ski rentals and restaurants are within reach. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely come back again."

"NONE--but unfortunately we came a week or two early (November 22-24) before the snow came in. Snow was already in the area but not yet full-blown to cover the entire ski resort. The restaurants and all the other establishments were still closed since it's yet the opening of the cable car and ski resort, nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay and toured some places that are worth the visit too."

"Great value for money! The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect for 3 people/ Staff was really nice. Especially the night guards from Batumi who welcomed us warmly and gave some information and advice."
