"This is a personal preference, but we found the pillows quite hard. But honestly, when you wake up in a tree house, the pillow thing is really a tiny issue, which gets forgotten about the moment you open your eyes, and you see the gorgeous waterfall on the property, the resident squirrel and the 2 dogs Bobby and Ania ❤️"

"Our stay at Monte Selva was a 10/10 . The staff is very welcoming, helpful, accommodating, kind but most importantly very courteous providing an excellent customer service at the spa area, restaurant, bar and lobby. We really enjoyed our stay that we would recommend anyone that visits Baños to stay there and we are looking forward to visiting Monte Selva in the future. The location was excellent, is walking distance to the center of the city where there’s many bars, restaurants. The food at the Monte Carlo restaurant is not only very good in taste but in prices as well. The filet mignon is a must try. We enjoyed very much the thermal waters and saunas that were indoors and outdoors we had the hot tub and pool. Our room was very very clean and had a big window to enjoy the beautiful view. We had a great time 😊"

"The whole experience was amazing, the view was breathtaking and the service was very attentive. The breakfast and the dinner was very delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. The beds were very comfortable and the entire room was very clean. We will 100% be back to stay for more days!"

"Hotelul a fost o surpriza placuta pentru noi, atât prin faptul ca este micuț dar foarte cochet cat si ca poziție intr-o locatie linistita, faci 10 minute pana in centru. Totul impecabil, incepand de la curățenie,foarte frumos decorat, cu camere frumoase dar, cel mai de preț este personalul acestui frumos hotel. Elena si Cristina sunt foarte atente si tot timpul cu zambetul pe buze, foarte amabile cu turiștii, este o placere sa le vezi cand servesc micul dejun, care este foarte, foarte bun, proaspat si porții foarte generoase. Ne-am simțit ca intr-o familie în acest hotel si il recomandam din toata inima. Mulțumim...vom reveni!"

"Wow! What a SENSATIONAL hotel 😍! We travelled for month and this was one of the very best and our favourites. The staff are incredibly welcoming, super helpful and really look after you well. The rooms are very nice, the hot tubs are amazing, very modern and extremely clean. Breakfast each morning had everything you could want and was so well done!"
