"It was clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent…..very quiet at night, but close to everything in Banff. The bus stop was a two minute walk and there was a mini-market within a five minute walk."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful from tips on walks to helping me break my lock off my locker when I lost my key. Was in the heart of downtown, easy walk from trail and fairmont. Small but well equipped kitchen, great shower in my dorm."

"Mattress is soft, and duvet is thin Bed curtains are hung poorly with broken plastic curtain rings, and they cannot cover all sides of the bed Towels and showergel/shampoo/conditioner are not given unless u ask, and they may not b guaranteed items Cleaning cycle for room, bathroom and kitchen will need to be more frequent to keep the cleanliness all time"
