"It’s location was amazing with great views of Pico Cao Grande. The food was delicious and plentiful."

Things were a little disorganised. Wifi only worked near the main restaurant hut.

"Amazing position, right on the beach, immersed in nature. Managed by a gentle and polite family. Good wifi outside of the caravan. Recommended if you are looking for a caravan experience right on the beach and if you are willing to adapt."

The price we payed, due to the Booking.com platform fees, was overall too high with respect to the quality of the accommodation. There were many ants in our caravan (also in the bed). The floor was all covered with moquette (toilet included), which is not very hygienic, especially because the environment tends to get humid. Some windows were broken. Overall, I would suggest a better maintenance.

My room had a little ant problem as well as if you actually want a reply from the place you need to call the number that's stuck to the window of the Information building. I messaged multiple times through Booking but never had a reply until I called.

At this price you need to expect a basic accommodation, which it is. Do yourself a favour and rent a scooter right from the beginning of your stay. The scooters rental is not really close to the resort so best you go there with the bus and then drive up to the accommodation with the scooter.

"Recomand din inima acest loc, departe de lumea dezlantuita, chiar langa padure. Casutele sunt intime, la o distanta rezonabila unele de altele, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru cateva zile de conectare cu natura si deconectare de la agitatie si stres. Proprietarii, Vlad si Lavinia, sunt doi oameni extraordinari care au pus mult suflet in toata locatia si care te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie (nu exageram😁, pe noi ne-au recuperat dintre munti, dupa ce ne-am ratacit si ne-a prins intunericul si ploaia). Jos palaria! Cu siguranta vom reveni.🫶"

Drumul pana la Carbunari este destul de rau, multe gropi-cratere, neasteptat pentru o zona turistica asa de populara. Dar asta tine de administratia publica. In rest, la cazare totul a fost perfect.

We got the tent next to washroom, we were hearing the motor sound always even when sleeping.

The way to get there is very adventurous. I arrived in the dark and I wasn't really sure I am at the right place because of the road. Quite scary.
