"Hotelul este amplasat în fata Podului Leilor, având acces la centrul orașului. Camera curata și bine dotata. Micul dejun la terasa de alături având de ales între diferite variante destul de gustoase. Cafeaua a fost excelenta. Personalul de la recepție de nota 10! Am stat 2 nopți și au fost schimbate prosoapele și a fost făcut curat în cameră. Camera dotata cu automat de cafea și fierbător pentru ceai, bineînțeles ca erau pastile de cafea și pliculețe de ceai."
"Am locuit în camera 41 și am constatat ca ușa de la baie se închide destul de greu iar scurgerea de la dus este anevoioasa!"
"camere mari si curate. Amplasare centrala, multe magazine si restaurante. e si un Lidl langa. E un pub langa care cred ca apartine de hotel. Am mancat un burger foarte bun si inca o specialitate de-a lor dar nu mai stiu cum se numeste. Per total suntem multumiti insa la pretul platit cred ca mergea si mic dejun:). Pentru mic dejun am platit in plus 15 leva."
"Nu are parcare. daca doresti sa parchezi este o parcare cu plata la 500 m distanta in incinta unui magazin de motovelo. Amplasarea centrala insa seara este periculos de iesit. Ziua e super ok. Noi am fost in tranzit si am plecat dimineata la 3am si ne-am cam speriat. Multi betivi fix langa hotel , alcool peste tot, sticle pe jos… cu politia fix langa ."

"The location is exceptional. Walkable distance to the main monuments, streets and attractions in the centre. There is also a metro station right in front of the hotel. The room we stayed had an amazing view towards the Lions Bridge. It was quite and clean. The restaurant where you do your breakfast is actually a city restaurant which has a menu for the hotel customers. Plenty of delicious choices, hot or cold, stylishly done. Both hotel and restaurant stuff were helpful and friendly. Thank you guys."
