"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

Plita din bucatarie cam veche, prea multe dulapuri inutile, m-a deranjat faptul ca nu era sare, zahar, ulei...daca as fi vrut sa imi fac o salata as fi fost obligata sa cumpar sare si ulei pe care ar fi trebuit fie sa le las, fie sa le iau, ceea ce absurd

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

We are seniors, so walking up to the hotel was hard. The internet was not up to scratch, but all in all, I actually liked the place.

"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"Locatia este perfecta. In apropiere sunt foarte multe restaurante, unele deschise pana la 3 dimineata si multe magazine. Apartamentul este foarte spatios, confortabil, frumos amenajat si bine dotat. Micul dejun ofera multe optiuni de mancare si o cafea foarte buna. Daca revin in Shanghai o sa ma cazez tot aici cu siguranta."

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

Singurul aspect negativ, micul dejun se servea la restaurantul de alaturi care nu era proprietatea hotelului. Restaurantul avea specific indonezian, iar micul dejun nu era a diversificat.

Zgomot în cameră din cauza etanșării defectuoase a geamurilor. Totodată, din același motiv, se depune praf în cameră și se formează curenți de aer reci în întregul apartament, ceea ce provoacă disconfort și face imposibil somnul. Preț destul de mare pentru ceea ce se oferă!
