"Very good location in sevan. The entire place is available to guests in the form of a small apartment. Clean and comfortable."
"It was hard to get there, but once you get to the good building, there is a big sign above the entrance. There was some leftover of toilet paper in the bathroom, but we reported it immediately and got more from the cleaning lady. There was no bedding prepared for the extra bed."

"Ampio appartamento,nuovo,in posizione comoda sul viale principale, supermercato e negozio frutta-verdura attaccati.Divano e smart TV,bagno ampio,frigorifero,lavello e microonde.L'host parla Inglese e ha risposto sempre in modo tempestivo, particolarmente utile perché non c'è una vera reception,tantomeno presidiata. Nel letto c'era addirittura il topper!"
"Può essere fuorviante dichiarare che è presente un angolo cottura essendoci solo un forno a microonde. Non ci sono sedie (ma un comodo divano),pochissime stoviglie e c'è solo un tavolinetto basso da salotto,quindi difficile sfruttare la location per dei pasti ma poco male."
