"Lovely accommodation. There was enough space to park our cars inside the hotel compound. The rooms were large and clean. There is also a nice common space to eat your food or just hang out. The breakfast was large and tasty. I'd definitely come back."

"Very good experience, this hotel offers good quality accomodations with private bathroom, 24h reception and free private parking in a very convenient position. There are big and nice shared spaces including a fully equipped kitchen. Possibility to have dinner in restaurant or fast foods at very short walking distance. Would definitely book a room here again"

"The garden and fruit trees are beautifully kept. Helpful and kind staff, impeccable cleanliness. Large comfortable spaces. Absolute best place for an affordable rest just outside of Yerevan. In spring, the views were stunning from the room window of massive thunderstorms over the Yerevan plain and distant mountains."

"Прекрасное место для рабочей поездки и для отдыха. От гостиницы до центра Еревана можно добраться всего за несколько минут. Комнаты очень просторные, чистые, теплые и светлые. На территории отеля есть большой и красивый сад с фруктовыми деревьями и цветами, а также беседка, где можно приятно провести время с друзьями и семьей.Хозяин гостевого дома очень дружелюбен и готов помочь по любым вопросам."

"I stayed in a cozy wooden cabin with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The bedroom and bathroom were upstairs, featuring a large glass window with stunning views. Most importantly, the breakfast was abundant and delicious. This guesthouse truly shows dedication in its service!"

"The host is amazing. Got up at 5 am to invite me in .secured with cctv all around the property.fully gated all around. Furniture in great condition. Internet and tv gave no issues. Fast 4g wifi.if your room does not have its own kichten there is a shared kichten with all that is needed in it. Other guests were also friendly people had some great chats with them.i highly recommend this hotel as bus service to republic square and masis pass by the front of the property and the fare is around 0.40 euro cents. There is also a small shop 5 to 6 minuts walk from the hotel .i also like the no smoking in the hotel as most hotels allow it and the smell of smoke gets the most of the rooms. So i praise the host for not allowing smoking and also providing a comfy smoking area outside . If i need a hotel again around the area i will certanly call the host a book a room. Thank you ."
