"Very clean & modern. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.. gave us a list of recommended restaurants all of which stood up - serving delicious food. Also, included on the list were recommended beaches and trips. Breakfast was exceptional- offering a wide variety of hot and continental style food - this included home made cakes, traditional dishes and pancakes etc."

"Good location on the main road into Ksamil but walking distance from the beach Breakfast each morning was excellent. Selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, salad items, breads and cooked items. Staff are exceptional - the 2 girls on reception were super helpful, the cleaning ladies came in each day to change towels / linen etc and the kitchen staff prepared delicious food"

"We stayed here in the middle of September. Despite the weather still being v warm the resort as a whole was slowly closing as the season was coming to an end and so trips etc were limited. We could have accessed trips from Sarande but that would mean either getting a taxi (30 euro each way) or the bus (every 30 mins & v crowded!) It is worth noting that the beaches cater for the young - lots of loud music, jets skis etc & lined with sun beds. The hotel had partnered with SunnyHill beach and so sunbed use was free."

"Although on the main road through Ksamil the hotel was nicely situated for a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, we couldn't fault them."
