"Gil and Pepita were great! They wait for us to arrive even we got there quite late and gave us advise about the area and weather conditions before our arrival which helped a lot. They helped us to get the ski passes to the best rate. The rooms were super clean and in the hotel you have all you need for a pleasant stay."

"Great location, very close to Ordino Arcalis ski area, 10 mins drive. Friendly staff, very helpful. Comfortable apartments. 2 bed is perfect for 4 to 6 people. Ours had two double beds and bunk beds in the living room."

"Bins for managing the rubbish and recycling- Although the staff managed this for us. There was no mop or spray cleaner for surfaces. Accidents happen to everyone- a broken bottle of cava was really tough to clean up at night. Toilet roll quality could be better too."
