De Lux Villa

"The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The shower height was perfect for me as a tall person, which is rare. The staff were very accommodating."

"I could not fault anything"

"The modern features all around the place are breathtaking, you feel special the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional as they respond swiftly to requests paying much attention to detail."

"There is nothing not to like apart from the electricity loss at times which had a little effect on the functioning of the place in terms of the air conditioning as it was extremely hot but this was out of their control. A fan was provided as an alternative. The water was cold in the shower which again wasn’t a problem for us as we were hot anyways."

"Great establishment, clean rooms and comfortable bed!"

"Everything was perfect"

"We had an exceptional stay here! The staff and management were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The food was outstanding, always served fresh and delicious. The full English breakfast was particularly impressive, filling and flavorful. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking the best accommodations in Bulawayo. You won't be disappointed! Fantastic stay!"

"Breakfast was amazing, the breeze from the pool was everything"

"The noise in the morning,I think it was the early staff that comes for cleaning .They shout make noise banging doors"

"Located in a quiet, peaceful side of town. Spacious rooms and Clean facilities. Liked that everything was working including DSTV. Our host Gugu was very friendly and patient with us, gave us a quick tour of the property we ended up changing our booking to a bigger room. Breakfast was amazing, liked the garden view from our room as well. Definitely good value for money, will be back soon."

"There was no much to fault them except maybe the shower that was a bit difficult to balance the hot water and cold water. It would get either too hot or too cold when mixing.. I don’t know if it’s because of the type of gyser they have or shower design but their manager was helpful in explaining how it works. Atleast there was a spacious bathtub in our room as an alternative besides that, the place is way better than many establishments around the area that are overpriced yet old and poorly mantained. We loved it and definitely going back."
