"Camera foarte spatioasa, mai mare in realitate decat in poze, chiar frumoasa. Am avut si un minifrigider cu cateva sticle de apa puse la dispozitie in mod gratuit. Personalul foarte amabil si toti vorbeau engleza/germana foarte bine. Micul dejun potrivit, exact cat poate manca o persoana dimineata. Nu era bufet, insa a fost foarte ok pentru noi. De asemenea am avut incluse si cafea si suc de portocale. Foarte aproape de centrul orasului, dar si de ceva mall din zona (chiar daca google maps sugereaza o ruta mai lunga, se poate ajunge direct prin laterala hotelului intr-o zona feroviara dezafectata)."

"M-am bucurat ca avea parcare (in zona respectiva e foarte aiurea din acest punct de vedere, e aglomerat si nu prea sunt locuri de parcare), insa mi s-a parut un pic nepotrivit faptul ca a trebuit sa parcam intr-o zona a garajului unde era o cale de acces pentru ceva spatiu de depozitare si muncitorii carau chestii foarte aproape de masini. Cei de la receptie au spus ca e ok si din fericire nu am avut vreun incident/zgarietura pe masina, insa poate daca am fi insistat mai mult am fi primit un alt loc de parcare."

"The closest to main bus station. The hotel restaurant provides halal food, which is great!! We’re very thankful for the food & hospitality. Great Mountain view from the room & restaurant too."

"The only criticism would be the breakfast portion size. I was travelling with my husband and 2 teenage boys and they were still hungry after breakfast. We didn’t really get any choice on what we had, it was just served to us."

"We purchased one family room and one triple room and they were both more than satisfactory. The family room was a great size and the kitchen was an added bonus. The location was perfect and we were able to walk into the centre."

"No coffee included in the breakfast, also the attitude of one of the restaurant staff was not helpful or friendly. My room wasn't ready for check in even after the check in time, and I had to wait an hour or so. The reception staff was very nice and apologetic about it though."

"The area was with in waling distance of the center. Staff very helpful and breakfast was very good in fact there was too much. Receptionist booked us a taxi and also invited us back to confirm afer we had checked out."

"The safety deposit box did not work and it did say tee was a mini bar in the room when it was just a fridge."
