"We stayed at Ruby Hotel in Pristina with my spouse and really loved it. The location is excellent, and the hotel is very clean. It’s clearly a new property. There’s a parking area right in front of the hotel. If you have to park in front of other cars when it’s busy, the reception staff will take your key and move your car when needed, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t book with breakfast included, but we ordered from the restaurant menu and paid afterward. The food was delicious and filling. Overall, we really liked this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we visit Pristina in the future."

"Përvoja jonë në Hotel Ruby ka qenë shumë pozitive, dhe arsyeja kryesore për këtë është recepcionistja Alketa, e cila na ndihmoi në çdo moment dhe na bëri që qëndrimi të ishte edhe më i këndshëm. Hoteli është i bukur dhe i ri, me një ambient të qetë dhe shumë të pastër. Dhoma ishte paksa e ftohtë, por sapo i shprehëm këtë shqetësim, Alketa u tregua shumë e gatshme dhe na ndihmoi menjëherë. Për çdo pyetje apo paqartësi që kemi pasur gjatë qëndrimit, ajo ka qenë gjithmonë e disponueshme dhe shumë ndihmuese, pa u lodhur fare. Shërbimi i saj ka qenë jashtëzakonisht profesional dhe miqësor. Njerëz të kulturuar dhe me kaq përkushtim si Alketa nuk janë të zakonshëm sot dhe meritojnë shumë vlerësim dhe respekt për punën e tyre të pakursyer. Ajo bëri që qëndrimi ynë të ndihej si në shtëpi. Do ta rekomandoja me kënaqësi këtë hotel për një qëndrim të rehatshëm në Prishtinë!"

Since it was a short stay I can't say much about the staff overall, but the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. As for the room it was clean, quiet, cozy and nicely arranged. We truly enjoyed our stay."
