"Great value! Friendly staff (helpful after a late check-in due to a landslide blocking the road). Property very clean and decorated nicely. The electric blanket was a real treat and the water pressure was excellent with very hot water. A cosy room and excellent location."

"I've given this very good on everything as it's a 1 star hostel but completely exceeded our expectations. perfect cheap stay with great hosts and super nice. even offered to keep our stuff whilst we trekked fansipan for free"

"It doesn’t isolate much sound, so you need to be lucky with the other guests that you will have next door. But all in all for the price paid, it was ok!"

"The place is cozy and comfortable and clean. The staff are genuinely nice, thank you to Luan and Van (hope I got their names right). They were so kind to give me advice were to do my shopping to get the best deal, places to visit and help me carry my luggage up to my room as there is no lift. Basic things were also provided like hair dryer and toiletries."

"Great location, everything you need within walking distance. There is a balcony and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The staff is very attentive and helped me in a difficult situation. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, and in the room there is a kettle, hair dryer, bed heater and fan. The toilet and shower room is small, but the water pressure is excellent and the water heater works quickly. WiFi was good, room was clean and cozy. In my opinion, this is the best deal for that budget. I will be happy to come back!"
