"The staff was very professional. AKJE checked us in and gived us all the info we needed. We were able to upgrade our room also"

"Location was great with shops and dining choices all around. The staff was fantastic. We were given vip type service from the manager Jim and the staff members Erica, Icy, and especially Aleana at the front desk who handled all our transport needs. The lady at the bar was also very nice and friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Overall a great hotel stay and we would highly recommend it."
"I can't think of a single thing."
"La atención de una de sus empleadas fue excelente. Nos ayudó a conseguir tickets para ferry que no tenían nada que ver con la estadía. Muy servicial."
"El hotel está muy bien. Pero es caro para lo que ofrece."
"Very comfortable and well designed. I especially like the breakfast buffet, including notably that they use silverware and dishware and glasses rather than so much plastic."
"Nothing everything was very good"
"The breakfast was good. Add bacon to the menu. Location was excellent. I love that you had a choice to stay in or out door to enjoy your breakfast. The reception was excellent and welcoming."
"Nothing at the moment."
"The outdoor pool and large dining area was relaxing and fun to watch the water and cruise ship activity. The location was excellent near shopping/dining. The fitness center was amazing - so much equipment, well done. We also used the laundry room."
"The front desk did not have laundry detergent singles for purchase. They should keep that in stock."
"Clean. Arrived early and they allowed us to check in and found a room that was already ready. Really appreciate appreciated that. They were very friendly."
"Aucun."
"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had our flight cancelled on our way home from our vacation and we stayed here overnight. We needed a detailed receipt for our airline to cover the stay and Margo was wonderful in helping us. I would stay here again. So, clean and new!"
