"The breakfast here was excellent, really complete — perfect to start the day with energy before heading out into Khiva’s heat. The room was spacious and comfy, just right for two people, and everything was clean. The location is a big plus: right inside the old city, so it’s easy to come back for a break from the sun. Everything you need is close by. Great value for the price."

"The location is exactly inside Ichan Qala and walkable to all the sites. Goos atmosphere and quiet as it is family run guesthouse. The woman who serve all the guests need was friendly and trie her best. My room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast provided was good too."

"Great location. The house is amazing with pretty decorations. The staff speaks limited English, but everything is good. Breakfast is delicious and walking distance to everything. The room is spacious and has a good facility. The host even gave us a clutch as a souvenir when we checked out."

"Good location, comfortable beds, and good size rooms with air-con. Quiet at night, and only a 5 mins walk to the north gate and a 10 minute walk to the old centre of Khiva."

"The lady who ran the place didn't speak much English at all, and she didn't seem very friendly. Of you have foreign guests, at least have a little translated paper up on the wall with things like breakfast times etc. When I checked in, I told her I would be leaving before breakfast and could she prepare a take-away one. She said Yes. The next morning, noone was around, and there was no take-away breakfast. Not good. No real goodbye or thanks when I left. I just left the key on the table downstairs and went out the door."

"Excellent location in the old town. Rooms with bathrooms, good standard for a guesthouse. Very nice terrace, perfect to relax during or after an intensive day. The host provides all that is needed."

"Well located: 20 min to the train station by car and 5 min from the Gour Emir on foot. Great starting point to visit Samarkand. Our room had a view on the Gour Emir and you can spot the Registan from afar. Our host, the guesthouse owner, was lovely and super accommodating. She even offered an earlier breakfast when we had to leave the hotel before it usually started. Breakfast (not a buffet fyi) was lovely and complete. Room was spacious and comfy."

"It is just a walking distance away from different mosques and madrasah. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby. We also checked-in late, but the staff (hello!) welcomed us with warmth and smile. You really can feel the hospitality around the family. Shout out to the one who cooked our breakfast ☺️"

"We had a pleasant stay. Everything was better because of the staff they have. We were received at the railway station as part of complimentary pickup and drop service which was very thoughtful. We opted for their Myunak Day trip which included visits to Mizdakhan Necropolis, Lunch in Myunak and Muynak: Cemetery of Ships & Museum. Everything was arranged by Atabek and the guide Asko took us through this historical tour. On our checkout day, we also opted for trip to Nukus Museum and Local Bazaar where both Asko and Axmed were our guide and it was a fun day. We visited many local vendors in the bazaar and shopped and ate a lot. They were very sweet. Finally the trip ended with them dropping us back to railway station. It was a very comfortable and amazing stay with such great hospitality. Would always prefer to stay here as we want to now do the 2 day Myunak and Aral Sea trip."

"What impressed us most was the people. The staff were extremely warm, polite, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality felt very sincere and natural. We especially appreciated their cultural sensitivity, even without us mentioning it, they informed us about the sahur time during Ramadan and kindly checked if we would need to wake up for it. This level of thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Another very kind gesture was at check-in. We had booked a small double room, but the reception noticed that we were traveling as a family with our young son and several suitcases. They generously upgraded us to a larger two-room space with a separate sofa area, which made our stay much more comfortable. They also helped us by safely storing our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. Overall, the team is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay."
