"Just basic hostel. I think its not really social, but very clean and well maintained. There are a bus and tram stop just next to it, you also have a few restaurants and shops around."

"Very good location. Nice and helpful receptionist. Just four beds in the dorm. The room had a toilet but there were also others available on the corridor. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Charming, some kind of home atmosphere. The dorm had windows to the yard so it was silent during the night. Hostel officially registered guests (before I didn't know that they have such an obligation). Good price/quality value."

"We checked in very late, which they were fine with. Gave me a parking spot very near to the building. The room was pretty nice compared to other accommodations around Samarkand. The staff gave us the registration cards straight away, even showed me how they register us, what is the process, etc. After that they answered all registration card related questions I had. Very helpful."

"-clean -hot shower -free coffee and tea -Laundry -towel and registration card included -staff are very kind and helpful. They don't speak much English, but they communicate with using a translator. They even helped me with my registration card because my previous hostel didn’t give me one."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in the mountains. The family who run it were so kind to us, and cooked us delicious dinners (including catering very well to my vegetarianism). The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
