"The hotel is very authentic and beautiful. It's very well located in the center of everything you need to visit. The best part was the hotel staff, very kind and attentive at all times. Aziz was incredibly professional, helping us with everything and very attentive. Plus, he speaks Spanish very well. "The single room was really beautiful, had a huge double bed and was very comfortable to sleep in. I spent more time in this hotel than all the other hotels. The owner of the hotel regularly goes to the gym and offered to take me to the local gym which was really nice. They were also very helpful with letting me check out late and looking after my luggage while I visited the city. I will definitely come back when visiting Bukhara again."

"Perfect location in the old city, less than 5 minutes walk to the main area (the hotel is situated halfway between the two main areas). The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spotlessly clean. We appreciated the complementary water bottles from the room cleaning every day. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and kindly let us check out slightly later on our last day. We had a great stay."
"The only negative was that we didn't have a lot to eat for breakfast as vegans, so perhaps the hotel could improve the offerings in future. But this is common for Uzbekistan so we didn't expect to have much available."
