"The service at this hotel is wonderful; it was very pleasant talking to the gentleman at the reception, who was incredibly courteous and helpful. The location is truly exceptional. Every room offers a stunning view of Sun Moon Lake, whether from the window or the balcony. It is the perfect spot to take beautiful photos of the morning fog and the surrounding mountain reflections in the lake. Additionally, the popular Sun Moon Lake boat tour is very accessible, with the dock located within just a three-minute walk. The hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices, and the food is delicious. Just outside of the hotel, there are various restaurants to choose from as well. Overall, the breathtaking views and prime location make this a fantastic choice, especially for couples."

"There were no dinner or bar facilities at the hotel which we thought to be a real let down given how well designed it is aesthetically, however, discovered that not many hotels in the area offered these either. We made do with local dining across the road and drinks from 7eleven."

"The view at high floor was breath-taking, overseeing the pier and also at mountain level. I could literally spend the whole day just in the hotel room. They even provide a table and 2 chairs at the balcony so u can chill with some tea and food. The service of the staff was also fabulous. I was worried as most business ends around 7pm that i would not be able to check in as my flight was delayed. Was constantly messaging them that i would be there ard 730, then 8, then 9. Only reaching at 9.15pm. Yet the staff was just reassuring me say please have a safe drive, no worries, they would be there to arrange for my check in. And despite me being the last check in, he still remained welcoming, and i told him i haven got dinner he directed me to nearby convenience stall to get instant food, while he took care of my luggages. The attitude was so humble and respectful."

"The lower floors balcony is facing the pier, so from pier, u can actually look into the room so less privacy. Breakfast timing was restricted to only 8 to 920am, was a cozy spread. The sun does burn into the bed nearer to the balcony so remember to draw the curtains when u sleep."
