"The location was great - right beside the subway station. The room exceeded my expectations - it was clean, the design is modern and it was pleasant to stay in. The bathroom and shower are also clean and good."

"The window in the room is a frosted glass panel - would be nice if it is an actual window. I had to walk out of the room to the stairwell to get my window/sunlight fix. Room can get a bit humid after a shower - but they do provide a dehumidifier and you can also choose to shower in the public/shared bathrooms."

"There was an air refreshener in the room, which made my head hurt, and because there were no windows in the room, it was hard to air out. The bathrooms would also need a bit more cleaning."

"The beds were comfy and clean, nice air-conditioned dorma. The staff were lovely. They also had self laundry service which is inexpensive and really handy."

"It's wasn't too much of an issue for me but you do have to remove your shoes before heading up to your dorm and change into slippers, but that seems to be the case in most hostels in Taiwan. And the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor so if you're staying on the 4th you'll need to climb one flight of stairs, so if you have heavy luggage be prepared."

"The room is spacious and clean. There’s an elevator, so it’s easy for travellers with luggage. Very close to the train station—just a 2–3 minute walk from Boulevard Formosa Station. For Muslim travellers, halal food is nearby too about a 9–10 minute walk to an Indonesian restaurant."

"I booked a room shared bathroom, but there’s no toilet on my floor. I have to go to another floor to use it. As a woman, it feels unsafe to go out at night just to use the toilet. The hotel should provide at least one toilet on each floor."
