"Good location - close to train station. Clear instructions about how to reach the property. Some good space downstairs for eating. Laundry facilities available as well as mopeds to borrow / rent. Staff were really helpful and upgraded us to a larger room. Room was clean and well equipped with fridge, kettle and water."

"夏天很熱，外出遊玩衣服都很濕很臭，這邊有提供洗衣機可以讓你洗衣晾衣服，還不錯。 洗澡水的壓力很強，洗起來很舒服，房間也很寬敞。 老闆人也很好，很熱心很健談。"

"1. 全自助check in和check out，流程順暢無礙，而且老闆人很Nice，知道我們隔天要泛舟，多提供瓶裝水給我們。 2. 地理位置好，離火車站近，周圍也有許多好吃的店家。 3. 可免費洗衣和自費烘衣，對於正在環島的我們幫助很大。 4. 有提供免費電動代步車使用，需要短程買早餐或宵夜都很方便。 5. 床乾淨舒適、房間空間大，兩個行李箱可大大敞開，便於整理。"

"第一、離車站超近，附近也有吃的 第二、老闆人超級好的、又有耐心～各種疑難雜症都會回答，像是（和民宿）租的機車鑰匙孔被鎖住、一樓大廳刷卡機不會使用的話也會仔細回答等等 而且老闆還免費升級成三人房！（不知道是不是因為當天住人少，再加上我一個人住的關係？） 第三、房間內的牆壁圖案好可愛又溫馨喔喔～聽說是老闆親自手繪的，超厲害👍"

"The breakfast is simple but nice mix of western and Chinese. They even had vegetarian meat alternatives. The property was built in 2010, damaged by the typhoon in 2015 and then repaired. You can feel the history of the place, which is something I loved. It might not be for everyone if things like DIY repairs and signs of age bother you. The view is amazing. Having a large hot spring bath (hot and cold) for yourself is amazing. The staff are all very nice and polite and helpful."

"好停車，接待大廳很大沙發多，陳列書籍外，還有英文經濟學人及Ｔｉｍｅ雜誌和英文報紙。也有電腦印表機及２４小時咖啡機。房間很大，有躺椅及大書桌，插座及燈具的設計也很適合商務客。衞浴乾淨使用ＨＣＧ知名品牌，冷氣是十分安靜的日立品牌，隔音也很不錯。對面有全聯超巿，近巿集購物用餐都算方便。"

"Right next to the bus line into Tainan centre and a 7-11 and good restaurants and food nearby. The apartment was a little dated and worn but very clean, comfortable mattress, fridge, kettle and super spacious. Drinking water tap on each floor. Air conditioning was decent and kept the place at a nice temperature. Self-check in process so no contact with any of the staff so can't comment on them. All in all not a luxurious place but very good value for money compared to anywhere else."

"Communication was efficient as they used WhatsApp. Checking-in and out was also very easy; staff were very trusting of us. Staff also provided breakfast every morning; they bought locally from "5 O'clock Burger". Breakfast would be a different burger every day alongside a juice-box which was so cute and delicious! Room was quite spacious and hygienic. Location was great as it was close to Ruifang Train Station and many local bus stops."
