"The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel apartment was convenient for a family of 4 and the kids enjoyed the pool. The place is very clean, cozy and well maintained. Location is perfect and safe, near everything... beach, nightlife, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Icmeler beach is nicer than that of Marmaris and you can take all the same tours. If you'r looking for a budget friendly place to stay as a couple or family, Ustun Apart is ideal."

With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. "The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (although you will be served the same food every day and your dietary requirements will be mostly ignored), but in my opinion the quality of the service is way below what you expect for the price you pay. I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."
