"This is my 2nd time at this hotel. The last time was 5 years ago. It’s in a beautiful location, surrounded by historical sights. The Basilica of St John is right across the street from it. Breakfast is traditional and wonderful. A big thank you to the fantastic staff at this establishment: Mr Can and Ms Songul. From the moment you walk in, their big smiles are waiting for you like family,"

"The hotel is ideally located, near to the Basilica of St John and the castle, close to the main shopping area and a few minutes’ walk to the railway station - and not much further from the Otogar. The hotel accommodated my request for s slightly early check-in, and reception was friendly. There is no elevator but I was helped with bags getting upstairs. The room is a good size, quite plainly furnished but had the essentials. Shower and hot water were both fine. No complaints at all."
