"Exceptional service: The staff went above and beyond at all times always smiley and helpful, they even walked me to the bus stop and told the driver to help me find the locations i wanted to go to Good Breakfast: service was impeccable and always served to perfection, didn't have the vareity but it was acceptable. 24 hour service: Nothing was beyond their capability from laundry service to touristic advices"

"After the 1st night i asked if there was a better room and they said they didn't have it, i presume they were fully booked because i found a different room on their website which i would have preferred"

"Good service and spacious room. The air conditioning worked well."

"The air conditioner couldn't be turned off...."

"The location was near everything The behaviour of the staff, MR (🫣forget the name) give me helpful advice to visit most of trabzon beautiful place .thank u"

"Everything in this hotel for economic budget was good and perfect behaviour 👌"

"I had wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I’d like to give special thanks to the gentleman working the night shift he was exceptionally kind and attentive, which really made me feel welcome. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The rooms would benefit from better soundproofing, as it was difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests. The air conditioning also needs attention, as it works but makes a loud sound. In addition, the water pressure and flow in the bathroom should be checked, as it wasn’t always reliable. With these improvements, the experience would be close to perfect."

"A very nice hotel, perfectly situated in the center of the city. Spacious, clean room and tasty breakfast. Very kind and hospitable staff espacially young gentleman who greeted us during the check in. Although there were some technical problems they were quickly solved and the owner turned out to be absolutely honest and honorable person. The hotel is definitely worth to stay in."

"Aucun."

"The location is super central, just around the corner of Main Street. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. For that price, it’s unbeatable!"

"The room did smell a bit smoky."

"The location was fantastic – it was incredibly convenient for getting around and had excellent transport links. For the price, it definitely felt like good value, especially since breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus."

"However, there was one significant drawback: the room I was in had a noticeable smell of cigarettes. This was quite unpleasant."

"This place is perfect if you’re just looking for a decent, cheap place to sleep while exploring the sights in Trabzon. It was a bed and a shower and the AC worked perfectly so the room was very cool and comfortable. The location is perfect - just an 8 minute or so drive from the airport and a block from the center of town."

"The breakfast definitely is simple like others have commented, and for a vegan like myself there was very little for me to eat. But for the price, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal."

"Good and inexpensive hotel. Central location, well equipped room, good breakfast, friendly staff."

"A bit noisy (street and something humming...)"
