"Am avut o sedere placuta la acest hotel. Este situat in centrul orasului, aproape de restaurante si magazine de suveniruri. Personalul este foarte amabil, ne-au ajutat cu rezervarea activitatilor specifice zonei. Ne-am bucurat de sederea pe terasa seara iar dimineata am privit zborul baloanelor. Piscina a fost un mare plus, o relaxare binevenita dupa o zi de hoinareala. Mic dejun foarte bogat. Parcare in fata hotelului. Raport calitate - pret foarte bun."

"Hotelul este amplasat intr-un conac de piatra. Camerele sunt decente ca mărime, foarte curate și dotate cu toate utilitățile. Ai parte de suport complet pentru activități și obținerea de informații de echipa de la recepție. Poți utiliza în voie piscina interioara care este foarte curata și amenajata cu stil. Au și un Hamam de care te poți bucura accesând pachetele lor, vei plăti un preț diminuat. Micul dejun este diversificat, găsești de toate."

"The hotel was warm and welcoming (especially on a snowy December morning!) in an ideal location in the centre of Goreme. There is a very pleasant sitting area for coffee/tea/drinks beside the downstairs reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming pool and area, the water in the pool was delightfully warm, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice."

"The bedroom didn’t quite come up to the standard of the reception area. It was comfortable but small and the shower was a bit dated."

"We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. The hotel is beautiful, the decoration is very tasteful, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The ground-floor café is very cozy, and the breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious and very comprehensive!"

"However, for a hotel that positions itself in a higher category, several details were disappointing. In the room, there was no power outlet near the bedside table, which is quite inconvenient. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the shower curtain was too short, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor. We also found the toiletries lacking, as there was only a single soap dispenser. Regarding the spa, while the heated pool was at a good temperature, the facilities are poorly designed: no proper changing rooms, no benches to sit on, no showers, and not enough towels. Also, be aware that the sauna and hammam are not included in the stay and require an extra fee. It’s a nice hotel with a great location, but it falls short of a 'luxury' experience due to these missing details"

"A lovely place to stay in Cappadocia is. This is not the characteristic ‘cave hotel’ typical in Goreme, but this suited us. The hotel is ‘on the flat’ and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a suite on the first floor with a private balcony. We were not able to fly in a balloon due to wind conditions, but we did see them on our last morning just before we left and it was an amazing sight. The staff helped us with tour and transfer bookings, taxis and suggestions for self guided tours. The pool and hammam were lovely and the breakfast ‘spread’ wonderful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."
