"Amplasarea este foarte bună. Aproape de stația de tramvai T1 Aksarai unde ajunge și Havaist și aproape de metrou. În 15 minute se poate ajunge pe jos în Sultanahmet. Mic dejun suficient, nu diversificat, nu cu produse de multe feluri, dar suficient și gustos. Personal amabil. Preț mai mult ca decent."

"1. Rezervarea a fost făcută pentru plata în euro. Ajunși la recepție, POS-ul nu a funcționat seara și ne-au spus că plătim dimineața. A funcționat fără probleme DAR nu au vrut să încaseze în euro - au spus că putem să plătim cash..... sau cu cardul în liră turcească. Am acceptat a doua variantă, ceea ce a dus la un preț mai mare decât cel afișat pe Booking, aproximativ 40-50 de lei mai mult.... nu prea a fost corect dar am înțeles că ei plătesc un comision considerabil pentru plata cu cardul în euro. 2. Disconfort produs din cauza pereților care nu sunt din zid..... soțul doarme de obicei cu televizorul deschis. Noi auzeam televizorul vecinilor din dreapta și sigur al nostru se auzea la vecinii din stânga; l-am dat la volum 10, de-abia perceptibil și după ce am adormit, m-am trezit îngrozită..... bubuituri în pereți și în ușă.... dimineața la recepție reclamații.... Ce e drept, vecina avea o problemă.... ieșea pe hol, urla la familiile cu copii.... o deranja orice.... Acum nu vreau să fiu rea dar dacă mergi la Istanbul, nu te aștepți la liniște de mănăstire.... te retragi în munți dacă nu suporți niciun fel de zgomot. Mă așteptam să iasă să se certe și cu tramvaiul când acesta trecea cu ceva zgomot 😄..... a nu se înțelege că e deranjant zgomotul tramvaiului și oricum, nu circulă toată noaptea. 3 Au uitat să pună apă în cameră, doar în prima seară am primit. Am folosit două pliculețe de nes, din patru câte au fost și nu au reînnoit stocul.... nici hârtia igienică nu a fost îndeajuns în cea de a doua zi pentru că nu au mai pus iar halat de baie pentru spa era unul singur în dulap chiar dacă era cameră pentru două persoane."

"The hotel is located right next to the tram station. The staff is very friendly. They also organize a Ramadan breakfast. The pool can be used without extra charge only from 12 to 16, however they allowed us to use the pool after 18:00. All in all, a solid hotel."

"I liked the location becasuse ir really near to The Saint Sophie Mosque, Blue Mosque, Palace de Topkapi and the Grand Bazaar, If you want to go to the Galata Tower you take the 10 line, and the hotel is very near to a station train. the breakfast was aceptable , Id liked the sweets, very delicious."

"I did not like that the pool and the sauna never were open to the clients, if you go to the morning they said , open at noon, if you go this time, they said retorn to the night. All was becasue at this time you have to paid for each services ten euros. Another thing was the heating was very high, not was posible to low."
