"Încă de la început personalul de la recepție a fost extrem de amabil, profi, încercând sa ne rezolve toate problemele apărute. Mulțumim pe aceasta cale d-nei Eda care ne-a upgradat camera cu o suita superba, foarte mare . Iti oferă apa plata în camera , saltele și perne de calitate . Micul dejun a fost bun însă ți se solicita bani pe cafele ceea ce apare de neînțeles pentru acest gen de hotel care este unul superb ( pana la urma nu am plătit nimic însă nu înțeleg de ce au aceasta politica de a-ti solicita bani pe cafele ) .Parcarea se plătește ( costa 600 lire pe zi ) însă este un aspect benefic patru cei care vin cu mașina."
"Faptul ca desi au trecut aproape 20 de zile de când am stat la hotel nu mi-au trimis factura fiscala , desi le-am cerut-o în mod insistent și când am făcut check-out-ul și mai târziu , prin intermediul e-mailului. Sper ca pana la Revelion să-mi trimită factura fiscala pe email !!!!"
"Atmosfera plăcută, curățenie, personal amabil și atent, camera foarte spațioasă, patul confortabil, baia echipata cu absolut tot ce trebuie pana la cele mai mici detalii. Îmi doresc ca data viitoare sa ajung la mic dejun si la spa, am reușit totuși sa mănânc la restaurantul hotelului și mâncarea a fost delicioasa iar preturile sunt acceptabile."

"I had a wonderful stay at Divan Istanbul and I believe it truly deserves 5 stars. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going out of their way to assist. The hotel has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated. For the price I paid, the value for money is outstanding."
"I wouldn't say there was anything I disliked, but there is definitely room for improvement in the breakfast area. The staff there seemed very stressed and rushed. I believe it’s important to start the day with a genuine smile from the heart, especially in the morning. Even if it was a busy week, a warmer and more relaxed attitude from the dining team would make the experience perfect."

Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
