"Hotelul bine poziționat fata de centrul vechi al orașului unde sunt cele mai importante atracții turistice. Nici foarte aproape, in aglomeratia din centru, dar nici foarte departe. Camera de hotel curata, tot hotelul este curat, se face curat în camera și se schimba prosoapele zilnic. Micul dejun onest, suficient cât sa mânaci ceva dimineața și apoi sa pleci la vizitat. Nu excelează, este ok. Personalul hotelului discret dar, la nevoie, foarte amabil și săritor. Per total un raport preț calitate foarte bun."

"The staff is polite and pleasant. The rooms are quiet, with windows overlooking a enough quiet street. A bottle of water, instant coffee, and tea are brought during clining. The bed and pillows are good. I rate the hotel quite well because the staff and quietness are my priorities."

"Everything in the hotel needs tuning or repair: the lights don't work or flicker, the refrigerator leaks, two of the three safes needed setting up, wi-fi needed setting up, one faucet in the bathroom didn't work, one light switch was cracked, and the wallpaper was peeling. The lighting in the rooms is very dim. The windows don't close well. Breakfast consists of "hot" dishes that are always cold; everything at breakfast is the cheapest, and there was no good cold meats or cheese."

"The hotel is a bit old-style, but clean and nice. The family suite was great, we had two bathrooms and nice furniture. The beds had different types of matrasses (soft and hard, but the soft ones were not really comfortable), but we could choose who sleeps where. The breakfast was great, combining turkish and european food, we enjoyed fresh vegetables and fruits every day. The staff is very helpfull and willing to assist guest's needs. But exept the receptionists noone speaks English, even the waiter at the breakfast. The location is pretty good, pretty quite for this city, but a bit out of center. You have option to get on the bus 2 min away, but it goes only every 20-30 min (schedule is exact as on Google maps), or walk 15 min and get on the tram."

"The terrace of our suite was very dirty, the furniture on the terrace was very dirty and old, falling apart. We cleaned it ourselves, but I am sure if we asked, the staff would have cleaned it. The bath tub did not have the plug. We were told that it is because of some plumbing works needed to be done on the upper floor, but I think it was like this for already long time. The tub was basically useless because of that."

"For a four night stay my expectations were managed by other reviews before I booked. Clean tidy welcoming staff.wifi worked great. I was out all of the time so only needed a place to rest my head and close my eyes. This hotel was great for that purpose. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. On a separate note istanbul is a crazy fun place and the locals are welcoming and lovely people."
