"I stayed in rooms 1525 and 1625, and unfortunately, the walls between the rooms have absolutely no sound insulation. Because of this, you can hear all the noise and conversations coming from the next room. Sadly, this noise will increase even more during the summer months. I hope the hotel management will find a solution to this problem; otherwise, they will lose customers if they don't take any measures against the noise."

"The hotel's back entrance is directly opposite the beach, and I booked twice in December and January, and I even went swimming there. The hotel's location is beautiful and offers an ideal setting for travelers to vacation. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and offers a wide variety of options. All the staff are friendly, kind, and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned daily by housekeeping staff. The hotel consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. I had originally booked a 17 square meter room, but the hotel staff surprised me by giving me a 30 square meter room, complete with a kitchen. I usually make my reservations in April, May, October, November, and December because it provides convenience and efficiency in every way. "Everything was perfect, there was just one flaw: I think there was no sound insulation between the walls, and because of that, I could hear noises from the next room from time to time, since I am sensitive to noise. I stayed in two different rooms, 15:25 and 16:25, and I have a request for the hotel management: I recommend adding sound insulation to the walls between the rooms."

"The room we were given eventually after a long long wait and discussion was good family room. Breakfast had good options. Pool side was refreshing with rides for children. There was a kitchenette that’s useful. Room had a relaxing balcony."

"Firstly I had to book two separate rooms for a family of 2 adults and 2 children as one child is 16. At time of checkin around 9pm we were taken to a completely different property across the road where we were given two rooms on different floors. It wasn’t the resort I booked and didn’t look like family type accommodation. We were told nothing about the change either by the receptionist. Then after a long wait and discussions where the receptionist tried connecting with the manager who did the allocations we were shown family room in beach resort, which was perfect for 4 of us. 2. Hotel room has very thin walls, couldn’t sleep until 2.30 am first night as lots of noise from next door. Complained to reception but not sure what they did but took another hour for them to go sleep. 3. They charge for wifi 4. Hotel charges you 2 euros per day to use their in room locker, it’s not even a deposit. Eventually they gave the key for free 5. Hotel doesn’t provide iron but eventually gave it to us. 6. Hotel is on a busy road so if you get rooms facing the road could be noises. However I was lucky to have an internal facing room."

"- Very clean; the bedrooms and bathrooms are clearly newly furnished to a high standard - Enjoyable atmosphere by the pool with refreshments available until at least 8pm each evening. - Enjoyed breakfast but there could be more variety - Close proximity to the beach and restaurants (walking distance)"

"- You have to pay additional for WiFi - They do not offer irons; you have to pay extra to outsource this which I felt was a bit ridiculous. The staff don’t help you arrange this so it can be a bit of a faff. I’d recommend getting your ironing sorted from day 1 as they cannot always return the clothes on the same day. - Lack of AC within reception and lobby. - Staff at reception not the most welcoming. However, staff at breakfast and at the pool are lovely."
