"The location is nearby to old town and easily accessible to main sites This hotel is value for money if you are single or a couple on a budget but not not good for families as the family rooms is so small, you can't even change your mind in them 😂"

"Family room is cramped, family bathroom is cramped and not suited for families The cleaning was not impressive, they didn't make up beds on the first night, after that, it was OK. Breakfast is absolutely terrible, with some days they serve yesterday's leftover pastries, so skip their breakfast rather. We couldn't sleep, there is noise whole night either from the central aircon or geysers, but geysers don't make noise whole night.. We did mention to hotel and they did give us another room, so kudos to them for trying, but same issue happend in the other room, so we did not get any sleep for 4 nights. While the staff were OK and bit helpful , you get the feeling they don't want to hear complaints, so I didn't bother raising the issue again as I thought it's pointless. We stayed at other 3 star hotels in pammukale, sicetsi, cappadocia, iskenderpasa and out of all those hotels, this one was the worst for us as a family. If you a single person or couple, then this hotel would be great value (if you don't mind the horrible breakfast), if you a family, then avoid 2 star for family, 3 star for single.."

"The hotel is okay, but the family room is very small. I asked to change it, but they told me all the rooms are identical in layout. The bathroom is extremely cramped. ​Breakfast isn't the best, but it’s decent; however, the breakfast area on the roof is beautiful and offers a lovely view. Cleanliness is good. Overall, it was an okay stay, but my expectations were higher. On a positive note, the staff are helpful and friendly"

"Staff was really friendly and very helpful. Bed was good and everything was AS Clean AS possible. The breakfast roof top IS not bad, but the breakfast itself really not good."

"The whole hotel must be renovated. Better yesterday than tomorrow. Sorry , but very necessary! The AC makes so much noise and broken furniture , old and not nice bathroom. A interieur specialists is missing everywhere. Entrance not inviting , some beautiful flowers and charme totaly missing....etc... And a special smell is there everywhere, and NOT a good one.. The quality in total makes the low price understandable. WE checked out earlier and moved to a wonderful Boutique Hotel in the Center of the old town."

"Spotless, room was cleaned and towels were changed every day! Location was brilliant - near Konyaalti Beach (10-15 mins by tram) and right next to old town, located on a very quiet street too. AC was working perfectly. Lovely view in the breakfast room, 2 water bottles were added gratis every day."

"Breakfasts were not great, veeeeery basic and more or less same every day, a change of one dish might happen - so for a longer stay you would get bored pretty quickly. No kettle in the room, but having a fridge was a big bonus."

"The staff are very nice, it close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. We arrive before check in and they let us in and on our last day they kept our luggage at the reception until 18:00 🥰🥰"
