"Big room. Air conditioning was great. Wifi worked fine. Large and comfortable bed. Clean sheets and towel. Host was very friendly and helpful. They provided a kettle and coffee for free."

"A bit noisy. There were birds scratching around in the eaves of the roof which was a bit disconcerting. Music from the neighbours during the day. It is currently being renovated. The location is a $10 taxi ride from the main town centre."

"Clean, quiet and spacious en-suite room for a fair price. There is a bbq across the road and a well-sorted shop 5 minutes away. Owner was very flexible with extending my stay when my ferry got cancelled."

"Location is outside of the city center further east than indicated on the booking map. No problem if you have a car but walking distance will be 30+ minutes to restaurants and 20+ minutes to the wharf. Walking after dark can become a bit of a hassle due to territorial dogs."

"Very spacious and clean place with a good location. Everything I needed; comfortable bed, fast wifi, plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The owner is very friendly and available if I had any questions. Silent at night. Recommended!"

"Very friendly hosts. Place to park car (there are no buses on Tonga, need to hire a car). Kettle and toaster in room, fridge in communal lounge. Clean sheets, air con (essential). Hot shower, plenty of water."

"Surprisingly simple, clean and spacious, quiet and perfect for our layover. It’s an affordable option close to both airports, it would’ve cost us $160 in taxi to go to town and back. The boys were lovely to deal with, they came and cleaned and did some maintenance work, all we could hear were laughters which was nice"
