"The hotel is like a modern boutique hotel, very tastefully decorated with everything there you would need. Beds very comfortable, shower was great and even had Netflix on TV! Staff were lovely and breakfast was tasty. There’s a pool at the side of the property and it’s so nice. There’s a hot spring spa, hot spring pools and an Onsen spa (called Rak) a short drive away, so plenty to do. Everything was great here and we’ll definitely visit again soon - highly recommended"

"It’s the second time we stay and will stay any time wr stop by Ranong. Such a nice hotel. Clean, well designed, functional, comfy beds, and the a lovely Korean restaurant on site / also room service. Awesome. Small pool good for a refreshing dip. Great location, 5 mins walk from the main street. Exit turn right there is a local mom and pop store, a pharmacy, and a bakery a minute away. In the other direction to the left an absolutely awesome huge halal restaurant with bbq somtams and loads of other dishes. Staff goes above and beyond. We faced some health challenges while in Ranong and the staff and the owner too went above and beyond to assist us."

"We enjoyed everything! One small thing is the breakfast that could be improved. The main dishes are super tasty, but the breakfast coffee rrreally needs to be improved :) Then again they also have an onsite coffee shop that makes great coffee, but it’s separate and the coffee is not served at breakfast so that’s a pity. Also some more vegetarian options would help at breakfast."

"It is a smart modern hotel with good facilities, including lifts,swimming pool and on-site restaurant serving drinks as well as Korean and Thai food. Also suggest eating at the excellent Café and Friends nearby.The staff were very helpful and were able to provide a paid for shuttle service to the pier to get to Ko Phayam and the airport in time to get to the two daily flights to Bangkok."

"The location of the hotel was a little away from most of the facilities. It was also a little stark with no greenery surrounding it. That was a minimal balcony with space for one chair and the heat exchanger and therefore was unusable other than for drying clothes on the rack provided."

"The only thing I could say was bad that they didn’t have self closing doors. It must’ve been too hard for people just to close their doors gently. Some people were slamming the doors which was bloody annoying."
