Hotelul Rosa este plasat la doar 200 de metri de Turnul Guaita şi are tablou la acest obiectiv care face parte din Patrimoniul Mondial UNESCO. Camerele au WiFi gratuit şi TV prin satelit. La hostel, de unde se poate ajunge ușor pe jos la Bazilica din San Marino și la Muzeul Național există o parcare gratuită. Pentru motociclete este pusă la dispoziție o spațiu de parcare interioară. În zona din jurul hotelului există restricții de trafic. Oaspeții sunt rugați să comunice proprietății în avans numărul de înmatriculare pentru a beneficia de acces la check-in.

"Baia este destul de mica, iar din camera se putea vede afara si viceversa, fara a avea prea multa intimitate. Exista o perdeluta prinsa de geam, insa aceasta nu acoperea intregul geam."
"Hotel Rosa is perched right near the top of Mount Titano, the centre of San Marino. As a location, this cannot be beaten. From here, there are various routes to walk around the town exploring the shops, museums and attractions, climb higher to visit the iconic Towers, descend the staircases to visit more bars and restaurants, the bus stop for travel elsewhere in San Marino and beyond to Italy. There is an elevator to assist with moving heavy luggage. There is an extensive breakfast room with a wide variety of choices."
"Walls appear relatively thin, so depending on fellow guests you may like to take earplugs for sleeping. You cannot assume other travellers will be silent at night. The hotel is not fully step-free so may not be appropriate for people requiring mobility aids."

"Locatia buna cu parcare gratuita cine merge cu masina. Este la 10 km de centrul istoric din San Marino. Apartamentul este spatios si bucataria destul de bine dotata. La plecare am primit de la receptie de la automat dulciuri , apa si cafea."

"Privelistea din camera asupra orasului Rimini si pizza de la restaurantul hotelului. Ne-au fost puse la dispozitii niste carduri pe baza carora am beneficiat de parcare la jumatate din costul acesteia si reducere la obiectivele turistice din centrul vechi al orasului. In perioada vizitei noastre era in desfasurare un festival si ne-am bucurat cu adevarat de acesta."

The bedroom and bathroom are huge—honestly, it’s one of the most spacious bathrooms I’ve ever seen, and the hydromassage tub was a fantastic bonus! It would be perfect for families . The host is absolutely amazing; he went above and beyond by storing our luggage and even driving us to the city center. He was so helpful with everything."
