"The receptionist with the short black hair who worked 17-18 th of october is fantastic! She is very serviceminded and helped my daughter and me who were on a dancecompetition i Nitra with taxis and other things. My best memory from the two days we were in Slovakia is how she treated us. I strongly recommend that she gets a raise :=)"

"The hotel is well equipped and has nice, large, clean rooms. Service (reception, breakfast, parking) is at high level with helpful staff. The hotel is also well-located."

"Pekné a pokojné prostredie, veľká izba. Priestranná kúpeľňa, vysoká čistota. Izby dobre zvukovo odizolované."
"Chcelo by to pestrejšie raňajky. Nemám rád studené párky. 😉"
"Neskutočne príjemný a ústretový personál.
"Sehr ruhige Lage trotz direkt an der nahen Autobahn gelegen. Der Wald schluckt den Lärm komplett. Zimmer topp - offensichtlich alles neu und gelungen restauriert. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Typische slowakische Gastfreundschaft ❤️ 🇸🇰 Frühstücksbuffet gut sortiert und ausreichend."
"Nur 2 Kleinigkeiten: 1. Als Frau vermisst man Schminkspiegel im Bad mit Taglicht. 😂 2.
Zariadenie staršieho rázu, no všetko funkčné a čisté.

Još jednom naglasak - osoblje jako kulturno i željno pomoći. Jako pozitivno iskustvo"

"Location is perfect in the center, very good dinners, light breakfast but good enough."

"Contactless check in which comes in handy when you're arriving late. Spaceous apartment."
Uwe Penzion Franko
"Very cozy and comfortable apartment at the center square. Absolutely clean. The location of the apartment in downtown is perfect, all interesting places are very close. 15-20 mins on foot to get a bus station and railway station. A shopping center is about 150 metres and you can find also gastrocourt there. Highly recommend❤️"
Marina Penzión Aira
"Nice people working in the hotel and restaurant. Good food in the restaurant. Good position (centre)."
Carmina Franko hotel
"Ubytování má dobrou polohu, kousek do centra Zuberce, kousek do přírody. Nebyl problém ani s poměrně pozdním příjezdem. Společnost nám často dělal i přítulný kocour. Soukromé parkování."
Tomas Apartmány Lýdia
"Cistota, moznost ubytovat sa len na jednu noc, balkon, ladnicka, varna kanvica, dojplotenka, TV"
