"This was definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for the price. Everything was great. The hotel is easy to find, and you can easily park at the main gate to unload your luggage, then repark your car nearby. Everybody is chill and the staff is very nice. They don’t have a dedicated ski storage room, but they allowed me to store my skis in the room and provided extra towels. The spa is great a nice, small, chill spa that isn’t too crowded. Breakfast was amazing. There was everything you could ask for tasty cereals, pancakes, protein yogurts, eggs, fresh orange juice, and much more. The best part is enjoying breakfast with a beautiful view of Krvavec. It was definitely worth the 20-minute drive from Krvavec. This hotel had everything you need to recharge for the next day of skiing. 10/10 — I will definitely become a regular guest. Can’t wait to come back"

"The SPA was excellent and the surrounding nature was beautiful. Breakfast was nice and international and the hotel restaurant was good. The hotel is new and clean and the hotel employees were polite and friendly."

"The shower can leak water out of it and very hard to keep the floors dry. There is no gym and no pool, so no means to exercise indoors if the weather is bad. On the day before departure, the hotel was checking when our departure date is every time we came to the parking (the only way to park is to ring a bell and the personnel would open for you) and it was very uncomfortable and not professional since we had to communicate through an enter phone and it was raining. Any advise about parking and checkup of departure date should be done at check-in or in person at reception and not through an enter phone. We understood the situation that there is a big event in the hotel on the next day (day of our departure) but treating the guests a day before their departure as if they need to go out already was too unprofessional."
