"My stay at Villa Asimba was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. This place offers a warmth and comfort that is truly priceless. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. A huge thank you to the wonderful hosts, Justine and Isabel, who made my stay so special. Their hospitality and attention to detail are exceptional, and they truly go above and beyond for their guests. The room was perfect, and the atmosphere throughout the villa is serene and welcoming. Also, a bit of advice for future guests: the Spinach Lasagna is a must-try!!! It was delicious and easily one of the highlights of my visit. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend Villa Asimba enough for anyone looking for a soulful, high-quality stay in Kigali."

"Isabelle and Justine are really friendly. We even call Isabelle 'maman Isabelle'. Rooms are very clean. Food is good, but needs to be reserved upfront. So keep that in mind. Very nice stay!!"

"It was the most loveliest hotel and my room was really big and smelt lovely. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The owners were sooo welcoming and attended to my needs very well, lovely breakfast also. Thankyou xx"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Isabelle and Justine are so kind and welcoming. We ordered dinner and breakfast during our visit. The food was fantastic, so well presented and cooked for us personally. This is not a hotel but a home away from home. Nestled between Kigali city centre and the airport it was a wonderful place to stay.. we organised our return travel to the airport and allowed us an extra late checkout.. superb in every way ."

"Beautiful room with balcony, private bathroom, toilet, comfortable bed and pillows. The room also has 2 comfortable chairs and a tea coffee station. They provide bathrobes. The is a safe and TV. Cleaning is spot on. They provide a cute breakfast buffet, that’s really nice for a BB. Above all the host and staff were friendly and welcoming. They even offered me a free delicious dinner on the day I arrived. The property is close to the Airport and Rwanda Art Museum."

"We had such a lovely time at Nena House with Francoise as a welcoming hostess for our travel group of 4 adults and 6 kids (9-16). Being in touch with Francoise while planning the trip was very pleasant and professional. It was very nice she checked out dinner plans on the day we arrived before hand. The traditional houses are a delight, clean and with mosquito nets. The facilities are basic, and fine. The neighbor bar is nice for some festive vibes and a drink. The food is delicious. Eating breakfast in the garden with the beautiful view on the Rwandan hills is like paradise. Francoise is very kind in informing about local walks and in our case we where lucky enough to be there while there was a yearly harvest festival. She offered to go with us. We will never forget the experience of seeing the ceremony and traditional dancing and meeting some people in the village. If you plan a visit or are traveling through Ruhashia (near Kings Palace) we can highly recommend Nenas house!"
