"Locatia greu de gasit, amplasares langa un centru comercial cu terase in fata si sub hotel. Izolarea fonica buna mai reduce din neajunsuri. CARACTERUL PERSONALULUI EXECRABIL!!!! AM UITAT IN CAMARA O BORSETA CU ACTE PERSONALE SI BANI, IAR CAND I-AM CONTACTAT DESPRE ACEST LUCRU AU NEGAT CU NERUSINARE!!!! PACAT. SPER CA SI CONDUCEREA HOTELULUI SA IA MASURI IMPOTRIVA DOAMNEI DE LA RECEPTIE SI DE LA CURATENIE DIN DATA DE 16.07.. LA PLECAREA MEA DE ACOLO DOUA DOAMNE ERAU DE SERVICIU SAU CEL PUTIN ERAU LA RECEPTIE. ASEMENEA ANGAJATI NU FAC CINSTE POPORULUI SARB. Categoric este vina mea de cele intamplate, dar cel putin eu as fi procedat altfel. Daca sunt camere de supraveghere se poate verifica. Lokacija je teško pronaći, nalazi se pored tržnog centra sa terasama ispred i ispod hotela. Dobra zvučna izolacija smanjuje nedostatke. KARAKTER OSOBLJA JE UGODAN!!!! ZABORAVIO SAM TAŠNU SA LIČNIM DOKUMENTIMA I NOVAC U SOBI, A KADA SAM IH KONTAKTIRAO U OVOJ STVARI, BESRAMNO SU DEMIRALI!!!! SIN. NADAM SE DA JE UPRAVA HOTELA PREDUZEĆE MJERE PROTIV GOSPOĐE NA RECEPCIJI I ČIŠĆENJU OD 16.07.. KADA SAM OŠAO DVIJE DAME SU BILE NA POSLUŽBI ILI BAREM BILE NA RECEPCIJI. TAKVI ZAPOSLENI NE ČINE ČAST SRPSKOM NARODU. Definitivno je moja krivica za ono što se dogodilo, ali barem bih to uradio drugačije. Ako postoje kamere za nadzor, to se može proveriti. The location is hard to find, located next to a shopping center with terraces in front and below the hotel. Good sound insulation reduces the shortcomings. THE CHARACTER OF THE STAFF IS AWFUL!!!! I FORGOT A PURSE WITH PERSONAL DOCUMENTS AND MONEY IN THE ROOM, AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS THING, THEY SHAMELESSLY DENIED IT!!!! SIN. I HOPE THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL TAKES ACTION AGAINST THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION AND THE CLEANING FROM 16.07.. WHEN I LEFT THERE TWO LADIES WERE ON SERVICE OR AT LEAST THEY WERE AT THE RECEPTION. SUCH EMPLOYEES DO NOT DO HONOR TO THE SERBIAN PEOPLE. It is definitely my fault for what happened, but at"

"Location is central. Nice restaurant on site - but beware for those coming from countries where smoking is banned, in Serbia it's allowed in restaurants! Good selection of food. The room I was in was quite small but fine. Clean, and tidy and even complimentary drinks in the fridge - and not just water!! Staff excellent. All good."

"Great location, easy walk to the main shopping district with everything you need for a day of retail therapy Rooms are modern and very clean , comfortable beds, shower pressure is strong and plenty of hot water , , free mini bar with still and sparkling water, Coke, Fanta and beer, The restaurant downstairs is the best in town . Great selection of local and western food, have a meal or just sit with a coffee or a cocktail or two, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere ."

"It was very comfortable, we got triple room and it was only two of us. We had a lot of space, good beds, and bathroom was nice. I liked restaurant that’s in the hotel. And location was the best part of this stay. In front of it was Maxi, supermarket, cafe and city center is near. Hotel has its own parking which is plus. We had free access to mini bar. Great deal for the price."

"Za hotel sa 4 zvezdice bi trebao da pruzi mnogo više . Nema hotelske kozmetike . Dorucak se nedeljom služi od 10, pa ako odlazite rano ostacete bez doručka. Dvokrevetna soba je jako mala, a mogla bi biti i čistija. Dobra strana je da ima parking ."

"Hotel is located in the center, with it's own parking place (included in the price). We stayed one night as stop over, and we enjoyed very much modern facilities of hotel and very nice and good restaurant, which is in the same building. It was very pleasant and enjoyable stay on long journey."
