"Stiam ca nu este lift , dar scarile de moda veche , curbe , stramte au ingreunat urcarea cu bagaje . Baia cu prbleme de folosire. Reglarea dusuleui imposibila . Sapunul nu putea fi pompat din dozatoarele puse la dispozitie .Nici la dus nici la chiuveta ."

"Locația hotelului este perfecta. Poți ajunge oriunde doar făcând o plimbare. Hotelul este foarte curat înăuntru iar așternuturile au fost foarte fine, am dormit foarte bine in pat. Personalul este foarte amabil. Daca comandați shuttle pentru aeroport - trebuie sa plătiți in Dinar sau cu cardul. Am crezut ca accepta EUR Cash dar nu."

"I literally had to leave the hotel and lose a lot of money. The reason was the NOISE. Not even the people (AND the cleaning staff adding to it, talking to them loadly just next to your door. But the MUSIC played by hotel starting from the morning. The speaker was right next to my room, the second floor. Not the launge or something, just the corridor. Never in my entire experience with hotels have I seen such a thing. Especially from quite a respectful one. The hotel knew about my reason of leaving but didn’t offer anything in return."

"The hotel is reasonably priced and in an excellent location in the old town. Many attractions are within walking distance, and the hotel is close to all public transport systems - trains, trams, etc. Given that most public transport is free, this is a great asset. There is also a large shopping mall literally around the corner for those who like their retail therapy, and there is also a convenience store and chemists, for those last minutes supplies. Staff are friendly and efficient, and they organised an airport transfer for me, which was cheaper than taking a regular taxi. Even though the hotel is right in the heart of the old town, the rooms are quiet and peaceful."

"There is no bar or restaurant, though vouchers are available for a restaurant next door. I didn't avail of this, so can't comment on the quality. There is also no lift, which wasn't an issue for me, but may be a factor if a guest is movement impaired, or taking lots of luggage."

"Never seen toilet designs so silly, massive gap on doors and everything is viable, we have upgraded rooms but too small what we paid and toilet makes is extremely uncomfortable. Probably best for 1 person"
